We want you to love your tee. ^^

If something isn’t right—fit, color, print—we’ll make it right within 30 days.

While we don’t offer traditional exchanges, we’ve got you covered with an easy store credit so you can grab the piece that feels just right. Just cover shipping on the new order.

Email support@offbikecollective.cc within the 30-day window. Include your order number and let us know whether you’d like a refund or a size replacement. For replacements, include the size you’d like and you don’t need to send the original back.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  

• Final Sale items and gift cards.
